Where are we now?

Past Locations:
Four Seasons RV Park
Walla Walla, WA

Hooking up for a Sunday again to catch some football, do laundry and get some work done. Excited for the jam-packed week ahead.

Riverside State Park – Bowl & Pitcher
Spokane, WA

What a great state park campground! We’re right on the Spokane River, but we have cell service, water AND electricity! What a treat! Great trails for hiking and biking, too.

Apgar Campground
Glacier National Park, MT

We have finally arrived at Glacier. Lots of services are shuttered, the main road is closed after 15 mi, but we’re making the best of it. Here for a few days.

Wayfarers State Park
Bigfork, MT

We found another gem of a campground. This state park campground is right on Flathead Lake. Great views, steps away from the water and tucked away into the forest. Perfect!

Jim & Mary’s RV Park
Missoula, MT

Missoula has been the largest city in Montana we’ve visited. We’re spending a few days here to check out the Homecoming football game, have a birthday dinner for Kenny and see what the city is all about.

Grizzly Campground
Drummond, MT

We stopped at another National Forest for a few days, this time to try to find some good fishing holes. Even though we’ve learned how to fly-fish, that doesn’t mean that we know how to find where to fish!

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
Anaconda, MT

To celebrate Kenny’s birth, we stopped in at a resort for the day/night to play tennis, golf and soak away in the hot springs.

Butte, MT

Okay, so I admit it. We stayed at Wal-Mart for two nights in a row – but we did move the RV for the day! We weren’t sure how long we were staying in this town, so never booked a campground, whoops.

Grey Cliffs Ranch
Three Forks, MT

We are 45 minutes out of Bozeman, but it feels like we’re in the middle of nowhere. We’re staying on a 6,000 acre ranch for a few days where we’re going to learn how to shoot shotguns, go fly-fishing and drive around the massive ranch.

KOA Bozeman
Bozeman, MT

We are a few miles out of downtown Bozeman at a KOA – our first KOA of the trip. We sucked it up and paid a few extra bucks so we could have cable and watch football! We’ll just be staying here for one night.

Eagle Creek Campground
Gardiner, MT

We made it out of Yellowstone and are hole-ing up for two days in another National Forest campground. We can’t help it, they’re always so beautiful – and cheap! We have cell service here, so we’re taking advantage of the Internet access. Still have my eyes open for bear…

Fishing Bridge Campground
Yellowstone National Park

We are just staying one night in this RV campground in the middle of Yellowstone. We were lucky to get a spot, but there’s no electricity and we almost got stuck in a rut trying to back into our spot. Oh well, off to see more of the park!

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park
West Yellowstone, MT

We’re just a few short blocks outside of the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We’ll probably use this RV Park as home base for the next few days as we explore the wildlife of Yellowstone.

Virginian RV Park
Jackson, WY

This is our first time staying in a private, full-service campground. We were off the grid for a few days, so having internet, power and water is very welcome! We should be taking off in the morning, on Monday, September 12. Oh yeah, and we can hook into cable, so we get to watch football!

Atherton Creek Campground
Teton National Forest, WY

This is one of the most amazing landscapes I’ve ever been in. We are spending a few days here relaxing, enjoying Slide Lake, the mountains and the silence. We are staying here Thursday, Friday and Saturday night (9/8-9/10).

Wasatch Mountain State Park,
Midway, UT

We’re enjoying the beautiful Wasatch Mountains and nice, cool weather as we gear up for Yellowstone. We take off on Wednesday, September 7 to head toward Jackson, WY.
